PARK VILLAS NORTH WINDOW POLICY UPDATED JUNE 2019
THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE WILL REPLACE IN ITS ENRIRETY
FROM THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE FIRST RESTATED DECLARATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT COVENANTS, CONDITIONS
AND RESTRICTIONS FOR PARK VILLA NORTH CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC. DATED NOVEMER 05, 2018

In order to comply with the State of California and title 24 energy efficiency for window replacements the following windows will only be approved.
In order to match the existing clear aluminum finish windows at Park Villas North, all replacement windows and glass sliding doors must use MILGARD TM Trinsic Silver Vinyl RETRO-FIT or NEW CONSTRUCTION windows and sliding glass doors. No aluminum windows will be approved. If Milgard no longer manufactures either product, the Board will establish guidelines for future replacement windows and doors in the Association’s Rules and Regulations which shall be strictly adhered to by all Unit Owners.
Pursuant the rest of Article XIV Section 2 of the Park Villas North CC&Rs all exterior modifications must follow the approval process and have written authorization of the Board of Directors.
