Rainy Season Prep-Work
Homeowners,
It is incumbent on all of us to keep drains in the front and back clean of debris. Clogged drains can cause significant flooding in sub-terranean units. Please move mats so that drains are clear. Also, if you haven’t reviewed your insurance policy, please check that asap. Flood damage is typically and add on and is not part of regular insurance.
Pacific Green was out today and has cleared and maintained the drains. It is still a work in progress.
CPI is out today and pre-positioning sandbags out of the garden shed for each of the sub-terranean stairwells. Please be careful that you do not trip over them. You may move them to the side after the rain has subsided but keep an eye on the weather/forecast and put them in front of the stairs before any new rainstorms develop. They will be picked up in the spring after the rainy season has subsided.
NOTE: the sun deteriorates the plastic bag that the sand is in so putting them under the overhangs helps improve their longevity.
Thank you for your cooperation and support. It takes a whole village.
