CPI was onsite today installing broken light around the West Pool and Laundry Room 1.

The landscape light behind the spa has been replaced with a working LED and the post light fixture was also replaced.

Laundry Room 1 lights were deteriorated and needed to be replaced. The new fixtures use energy efficient LED Bulbs that can be replaced without the whole fixture being replaced. This will save on maintenance in the long run. We will be inspecting the other laundry rooms to see which ones need to be replaced and upgraded as well.

CPI will also be onsite tomorrow installing additional lighting. More to come!
