Security lighting provides a level of illumination to clearly identify persons or objects and creates a psychological deterrent to criminal activity in the area being protected.
Today CPI replaced bulbs in about 15 parking spaces, building lights, as well as landscaping lights.
They also added two additional lights to the pump house on the west end of the property. Upgrades to this lighting will improve safety and security.
A fourth light that shines into the laundry room was replaced by and upgraded light. The Board will be looking at all the laundry rooms
Please be sure that you close the laundry room doors so that homeless do not have access to it. If you see someone in the laundry rooms during the day please call the police. If it is at night you can call the security company or SDPD.
Permanant lighting was added to the solar light to help improve security around the garden shed. Homeowners should report any suspicious activity to SDPD or our Security Company.
If you see any lighting that is out, please contact our Management Company so that they can create a work order to get the lighting fixed.
