Carport Lights on East End
The Carport lights on the East side have been off and it was tripping a breaker. CPI suspected a short in the circuit that was going to ground. It was found Wed 2/8 and the light fixture causing the issue was replaced.
Water intrusion was the culprit. The old-style LED where the circuit board is vulnerable to corrosion. This is another reason why we switched over to the fixtures with a standard socket. With LED bulbs, the electronics are sealed in the bulb and not prone to this issue. When the old style goes out, it cost us ~$20 to replace the fixture. See the third image below. Replacing a bulb cost ~$2.00
