Lighting is a psychological barrier. Homeowners look for lighting and it is a priority for them because it helps with safety and security. Many homeowners will not come out at night without proper lighting. The lighting changes were started on the west end of the property we are now moving east. The new lighting at the entrance of the clubhouse will help safety and security. Including the mailroom. Picking up your mail late at night shouldn’t be a scary thing. CPI is doing an amazing job of getting this installed quickly. While we are only contracted for 20 hours a week, they still make a huge difference.

With the lighting upgrades we are already starting to see 2/3rds less trash in the front areas. People know they can be seen and reported.

There is also new uplighting in the landscape area to the right of the entrance.
