No trespassing signs were installed throughout the property. Specifically on the dumpsters and each entrance. The few we had were so faded that the police wouldn’t recognize them. Without these signs the police would not file charges for people going through the dumpsters.

If you see someone on our property who doesn’t belong, please contact the police non-emergency line and then contact the management company. To fix the issue is going to take the whole community to keep an eye out and report these instances. If police are called and a report is made, then the management company can take action. Without it the issues will continue.
