Garbage / Trash
Trash is picked up on this schedule:

If a dumpster has not been picked up according to the schedule, contact our Pernicano Management Service so they can get it rescheduled. We receive a credit when pickups are missed. But we all have to notify management so they can call and get the credit.

In order to protect against loose garbage and debris, please put all trash into a sealed garbage bag and place it directly into the garbage bins situated throughout the Complex, making sure to firmly close the cover over the bin.
Please do not place large heavy items such as furniture or appliances into or beside the garbage bins as these items will not be picked up by the regular disposal service. Instead, you will need to haul these items yourself or call a junk removal service at your expense to haul these items away and dispose of them properly.
Laundry Room Donations
In each of our laundry rooms is a donation bin. For smaller items please consider putting them there so that they can go to a local charity. This prevents many people from rummaging through our dumpsters.
