In both the old and new rules and regulations of the community (section 11), as well as the long standing CC&Rs (Article XIV Section 7) owners are required to pick up after their pets. All pets are prohibited from going unleashed in the common areas, and owners are required to carry doggie bags or similar for the purpose of cleaning up after their pets. The board recently installed some new signage to remind you of these requirements.
